Downsizing

We recently had the opportunity to sell a few of our rental properties.  It was a tough decision but we are approaching retirement age and decided to downsize.  We hosted many wonderful families and friends on the mountain.  The memories are endless. However, don't fret we our keeping our Van Etten Cabin.  We had and will continue to make great memories at the cabin.  We recently decided to put this property on the vacation rental market and enjoy it with others. Windham and Hunter Mountains are still and will always be a huge part of our lives.

Albert Court in Windham, New York

Wow, we finally completed our beautiful duplex, ski chalet home in the Catskill Mountains.  We are a 4 minute drive to Skiing at Windham Mountain and Golfing.  We are 3 miles from town and 8 miles from Hunter Mountain.  We love this location.  We have lots of conveniences shopping, cinema, miniature golf, biking and restaurants, laundromat close by and lets not forget hiking We are so excited about how it came out.  It looks gorgeous.  The hard work has paid off.  We can't wait to share our beautiful home on Airbnb and Vrbo with our guest. Welcome to Dusty Road House.

We are really in love with this home.  We have had many properties on the mountain, but this one is truly special and a real gem.  It sits majestically up-top a hill.  It surrounded by lush forest.  It has a huge deck in the back that looks up the hill through a mystically forest path.  It just takes your breath away.

Dusty Road House is a single family four-season resort style getaway.  This home is for a large family that loves mountain adventure.  It has a great room with large vaulted ceilings with a living room equipped with flat screen tv (dvd player),  wood stove and dining area.  It has an open concept kitchen with sliding door to a huge full size deck with view of that mystical path we were talking about that travels up the hill.  It is a three bedroom home, 3 full size bathrooms and family/entertainment room in the walk-in first floor.  This home truly has it all.  Great home to vacation anytime of year.
